My brother serves on the USS Ross. I'm very proud of him and thought I'd share this pict.

Naval forces from Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Uruguay and the United States are participating in UNITAS 47-06 Atlantic phase. This is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored exercise that enhances friendly, mutual cooperation and understanding between participating navies by enhancing interoperability in naval operations among the nations of the Western Hemisphere. I'm proud of all our service folks. (I'm against all war, but I'm FOR our service members.)

I enjoyed the posts below: the drama queen panic, the Texas fun, all good. But really, is there a drive-thru liquor store? That's scary. I mean, it kinda encourages drinkin' and drivin' in my mind.

I'm with you on the war thing - proud of those who serve - furious at those who sent them.

And yes, sad but true, there really are drive-thru liquor windows.

The Rainbow bar in Wasilla used to have a drive thru.
